Can anyone recommend the pressure necessary for the delivery pump?
Also what is being used for a nozzle into the muffler? Any suggestions as
to oil tanks would be appreciated. Thanks Karl

This is a good pump to use.

$22.00 and works fine on 12 volts. You will need to use a flow control, either an orfice or a valve to control the flow rate. Since I use a two stroke, I welded a small piece of steel tubing into the exhaust about mid way of the divergent pipe cone. You do not want this oil injected right at the ports because it will be sucked back into the engine.

For adjustable smoke density I use this german system for jet models. It is high integrity. Speed and 6 volt supply from servo tester unit.

For skywriting as attached wedding smokehart I use flowrate up to 750 ml/min to get good visual effect. And for aerobatics or skywrite training a lot less.

Reidar,do you have to preheat the smoke oil before injecting it? If so, what is the method that you use? How large of an oil resevoir do you need? Thanks Merlin
