Based on my ship, the CG would be a bigger factor than the weight. I boosted the Max gross on mine (based on some other's I'd seen do the same thing) and have NO performance issues whatsoever (I have Bob's 670 Configuration with the 2 blade prop) However, with the BRS (and battery) installed behind the pilot, my CG starts to look bad with a heavy pilot and low fuel.
