During a static load test of my S-10 ailerons I recognized that the aileron which is pulled by the push pull tubes performs quite well and a lot of force can be applied but the other aileron which is pushed by the tubes performs very bad. A small force is sufficient to prohibit moving at all. Instead the flap mechanism moves at one side and absorbs the force. That would mean that at higher speed one aileron can not be pushed into the wind correctly and only one aileron (the pulled one) works. Any comments or suggestions?
