Interesting about the windmilling prop... hadn't thought of that! Have you had an engine-out w/ the clutch installed? How much do you think it affected (or would it affect) your glide path? This is my biggest concern,as I know that the clutch will reduce engine wear from start-up and low idle - but I don't know if it is worth it if you have to point the plane straight down in the likely event of an engine out...
